We offer the following two programs for kids. 


1. Healthy Kids Diet Program

If your child is lagging behind in weight and height due to nutrition issues, we are here to help! This diet focuses on balanced nutrition as per the age group, weight, and height. We also take care of bad & unhealthy eating habits of the kids and prescribes the healthy yet tasty recipes for the little ones.  If your child is into some kind of sports, the diet is planned accordingly so as to meet the basic nutrient needs and to improve the athletic performance.



2. Kids Weight Loss Program 

It is really important to understand that the weight loss plans for kids and adults are totally different. Kids need proper nourishment as they need to grow in height too. Their metabolism is quite high and they require more proteins as well. So, it is really important that their diet plan doesn’t comprise healthy nutrients – including micro nutrients like vitamins and minerals too.


NOTE:- We design the kids' weight loss plan keeping in mind their BMR, physical activity, etc and we make sure that their growth isn’t impacted due to the diet programs.

1. My child is overweight. Is it okay to follow diets for a child?

Answer- The diet plans that we design for overweight kids isn't restrictive at all..rather it focuses on cutting down on empty calories and including nutritious and real foods in the plan. Also, physical activity plays a major role in the weight management of kids and is also focused upon during counseling sessions for kids.


2. My child is a fussy eater. How can this diet help?

Answer- We will help the child in overcoming the fussy eating habits and will also advise the caregivers on the techniques to overcoming such behaviors in addition to diet counseling.  We also provide some recipes.


3. How important is physical activity in weight management of the kids? 

Answer- It is really crucial in weight management as the diets prescribed to kids isn't restrictive at all. It's focused on healthy eating and exercises only.


4. Do you also provide sports nutrition plans for kids? 

Answer - Yes, there are specific diet plans for kids engaged in the sports  activity.


5. Do you also prescribe diets for infants? How to start weaning? 

Answer - Yes, we do give weaning plans and also prescribe diets for toddlers as well.
