The time and effort both client and dietician are putting in, is beneficial only if both are sincere to each other. While the dietician is committed to put the best foot forward in whatever is done, it is expected the same from the client. The client would be encouraged to set a high bar in commitment, honesty, respect and patience for themselves before embarking on this journey and keep at it throughout.

The dietician aims at changing the lifestyle of the client in terms of eating preferences and eating habits for betterment. It is a process which is going to take time and some effort from the client’s side. Kindly do not expect some quick fix in treating Thyroid, PCOD/S or Diabetes, as it would be unrealistic. Lifestyle changes are about changing habits, hence do not expect miracles in a week or a month’s time. Diseases may or may not get fully cured but can absolutely be managed with diet & lifestyle modifications as the dietician focuses on root cause rather than symptoms.

As weight management is always dependent on the client’s current weight, it is important to share the weight before any new diet plan or when asked by the nutritionist. In the absence of the same the nutritionist reserves the right to not send any new plan till the same is sent & may not be held responsible for any result.

The dietician may encourage the client to ask questions to understand the logic behind everything being done and suggested. Every recommendation of the dietician will have a valid reason, and the dietician would be happy to share the knowledge with the client. The clients are requested to please keep it restricted to that only. Challenging the dietician to satisfy ego would only hamper the respectful and trustworthy relationship required between the both.

We believe in improving your health and healing your inner self through natural courses, but if needed then the dietician might recommend some dietary supplements.

The Client is requested to acknowledge the effort of the nutritionist & at all times maintain dignity and respect. Any use of foul language will lead to termination of the services without any refund.

The client is responsible for own actions and needs to understand that the dietitian can only guide and coach the client but cannot control what you consume vs what was prescribed.

The website or dieticians DO NOT guarantee 5, 10 or 20 kilo weight loss programs. A human body can safely lose 2-3 kilos/inches in a month, and the fat one loses with us will not bounce back as long as the client remains self-disciplined. Our diet plans are not short-term diet plans that you follow for temporary results. Instead, the food prescribed is which you can sustain for a lifetime, and hence get permanent outcomes resulting in a lifestyle change.

As the Nutritionist is always serving her clients, hence any calls without prior message may not be answered.

It is advisable to use the same weighing machine during the course of the programme for effective validation of the results.

Breaks: We do not encourage breaks as they hinder the flow of diet and lifestyle change

Payments: The client agrees to make full payment at the start of the program.

Upgrades: A program once enrolled in, can ONLY be upgraded within 10 days of the start date. Downgrades are not allowed.

Transfers: If, for a medical or other emergent reason, the client is not able to continue the program, in that case the client can transfer it to a friend or a family member at the cost of consultation fee. No multiple transfers.
