The aim is to improve overall cardiovascular health by working on cardiovascular health markers like blood pressure and cholesterol levels.

We provide diet solutions for dyslipidemia or high cholesterol levels. This diet helps in increasing good cholesterol that is HDL and reduction of bad cholesterol ( LDL)  and triglycerides.

Hypertension or high blood pressure is blood pressure above 140/90 mm Hg. Systolic pressure is measured as the heart pumps. Diastolic pressure is measured between beats, as blood flows back into the heart. Hypertension is said to occur when the systolic blood pressure rises above 140 mm Hg and diastolic comes more than 90 mm Hg. Hypertension can occur at any age, and the risk rises as one continues to age.

1. Do I have to stop the consumption of Fat? Is ghee better than oil ?

Answer - No, you do not need to completely stop using fat. This can also be harmful. We will help you and guide about the fat type and consumption too in the plan.


2. I have hypertension. Is this diet suitable for me?

Answer - Yes this diet is for the prevention of cardiovascular diseases as well. So, since hypertension is a prime factor responsible for heart problems...this diet will help in managing the blood pressure and hence will prevent you from any heart ailment.


3. My weight is perfect. I just have high cholesterol levels. Shall I join this diet?

Answer - Yes, this diet is customized as per the requirements of the clients...We will make sure to improve cholesterol levels through natural food. Dyslipidemia is one of the leading causes of heart problems and needs to be taken care of.


4. Which approach do you follow?
